Transparency Trade

is a new view on trading that, thanks to transparent marketing, endeavours to combine all positive features of trade and politics to eliminate or at least minimize all negative ones of this connection such as corruption, populism, clientelism, nepotism. This intention and way of business uses all available means of public relation (PR) and marketing to make this kind of connection - resp. trade - so transparent in its logic that it won't raise reasons to doubt about its transparency. In other words, transparent trade must have itself such a process which won't give its competiton or public a reason (possibility, opportunity) to criticise it, possibly this criticism would have arguments so poor that it would be an embarrassment to its author or it simply would not be worth it.

TT handsThis proposal of a business model between private / corporate areas and areas of politics tries to address the situation where business (trade) loses its status as the basis of social development which creates (exchanges) values ​​and politics loses its importance as a tool of managing the society that significantly affects the environment for the creation and exchange of such values. Since the term globalization started to appear, since in the spirit of this phenomenon as well as the economic crisis the politics and business began to change their functions based on the strong influence of transnational or transregional economic subjects, the image of connection of trade and politics has considerably deformed highlighting all the negatives of this connetion. If business and politics want to maintain their positives and basic meanings of their functions in the world, they must move to a model of connection or cooperation which for its simplicity and clarity is called Transparency Trade that should - not only in its principle but also in its visual execution - become the symbol of remedy of the business-politics connection.

Although the text above sounds complicated or possibly not very clear there is a general example that responds to the social conditions of 2010 and 201x:

Assembly (regions, cities, villages) composed on the basis of election results which approved of its budget had to cross out projects that do have public support but political agreement on their inclusion in the budget and their investment from the public funds can not be found. To approved projects selection processes are announced  and to those, in accordance with the terms, customers sign in with their offers. There is no need to discuss that a selection process based on public demand gives, already in its principle, plenty of room for corruption and especially the subsequent and preventive manipulation for its cover or sometimes even legalization (In short, selection process is a manipulated auction on 'the most favourable value / price comparison' and overcharging public contracts is not business but usury that is committed to taxpayers).

Let us pay attentiont to an example. These so-called crossed out projects or already prepared contracts without the possibility of financial coverage from the public budget are huge potentials for all the free resources in the region, town, village, or even beyond, because it is also a demand that is not deformed yet by the process of selection processes. If a firm, company, organization in the community, the city, the region has enough of its own resources (machines, equipment, manpower, skills ...) to be able to realize a so-called crossed out contract at its own expense it may give the assembly, well, political representation an offer in the sense of Trade Transparency. That lies in the fact that it is not the price offered that is essential but the political impact - one might say public value - of such a contract realized outside the budget - in other words: so that it is attractive enough from the political perspective and so that business had, in its principle, balanced conditions for both sides.

The first version (phase) - the introduction of TT (small contracts and sponsorship)

This general explanation can be better explained by the company to publicly offer to conduct a public contract at his own expense, these costs will be minimized and the only profit that on such a contract will be in the first phase TT - information and media attention, which the company can be assessed through PR and marketing tools for its further development. It will be just a standard sponsorship, which the company will generate intangible and non-profit, and is the only risk that is worth it, and with him will be able to load their own benefit. Of course it should be, it should not harm either political or administrative entity that such contracts could not get into the budget, but will allow him to implement the scheme in TT and he will provide patronage.

The second version - TT is established (and tested on small jobs, comes the greater)

Previous procedure should work with small and attractive to the media contracts where the company wants to minimize the risk of a failed trade (ie procurement costs will be for her positive economic effect in the form of increased sales - in short, it will be uncontrolled advertising / PR). Whether it turns out that TT without commercial sponsorship contracts on the principle works or not - may be larger contracts (construction, transportation, environmental, educational ...) enter into a contract as a Trade Transparency. The principle is, of course, transparency, ie. completely ignores the attribute trade secret, because it creates corruption and manipulation space that would harm the TT and discredited by even the parties to such trade. The basic principle TT is a financial contract covering a larger budget, which is only compiled - which is actually similar in competitions, but with the big difference that performance is no back-up after completion of the contract, respectively. after the handover, or commissioning (which means that the inclusion of such contracts in the budget is free of costs, which is always more difficult and costly procurement). Again, in the implementation of procurement costs outside the public budgets with the fact that these budgets will be paid on the basis of actual costs incurred by the contractors that TT entered as suppliers. With transparency will be the final customer (ie, town, city, county, state - public abbr) 100% sure that the management of public budgets in TT mode is most protected against Corruption (healthy competition and media pressure because it does not allow). Given that more contracts will need it during the actual implementation of the financing can be one of the contractors, or even guarantee the transparency of financial institutions - a sort of TT investor to finance the implementation will result in a transparent account, which will be recorded bright deposits for the realization of public procurement spending all suppliers may be longer during the implementation of financially satisfied and such investor upon signature of the contract TT will ensure a fair return to the public once again that the rate of such proceeds could be politically and socially defensible.

The third version - shared Transparency Trade

The principle of shared Transparency Trade is based on shared values, projects, opinions, and especially in the field of advertising, marketing and media, where TT as a theme, trend and fashion can get such a space that will make these areas of significance and meaning, which slowly disappear due to development information technology and PR / media companies emancipation and political parties.

Every business, whether large or small, has its business strategy, it could be said policy, both in commercial (competitive) environment to succeed and to use all the tools of advertising, marketing, PR, and to succeed, their effectiveness must be such that create sufficient space on the market (share) that the company not only enjoys, but bring her maximum profit.

Similarly, behave and political parties, which have their membership base and management that does nothing more than processed strategy to succeed in the election policy to such parties, to maximize the effectiveness of a course such electoral gain, which will enable it to maximize share political power.

If it finds a private company, or even a non-profit society and political party, or rather the ruling coalition, representatives of counties, cities, towns such compliance in their strategies (policies), which is beneficial for all - that is profitable for the company and at the same time a public benefit in the policy of the party ... etc. - Transparency Trade may conclude that becomes nothing other than a shared advertising and PR campaigns, particularly that should not be publicly accessible TT contract, but a clear indication of the key idea of ​​including distinctive visual identity. It is actually a concurrence of commercially viable projects with a political agenda that is so community to gain sufficient political support for the implementation of public budgets, or at least have the potential of such an election, it is worth it to invest sharing (not only financially, but especially professionally and politically).

It is a fact that this close association of business and politics is highly criticized and judged negatively if it would be closed and declared under the TT, as well as the above-sharing could find entirely new ways of doing business and politics without so much already mentioned negative phenomena and in particular to give the opportunity to the advertising, marketing and PR professionals to entirely new possibilities that shared TT can bring.

Compared to the shared TT - Barter Trade Transparency - respects the strict separation of politics and business in terms of creating an environment versus value creation (in addition to the concept of creating not forget notions protection or security). Due to the TT allows barter and promote projects, or contracts that do not require sharing, or shared interest.
